As our bikinis are all made to order to your specific size, colour and style we do not offer any returns or exchanges. For this reason please ensure that you have referred to our size guides and that have chosen the correct size, colour and style you are wanting. Feel free to ask us any questions or concerns you may have about sizing or anything else at tegan@saltiswimwear.co.za or send us a DM on instagram so that we can advise you on the correct size prior to ordering. Feel free to send us your exact measurements if you are worried about the bikini not fitting right so you can be sure it fits perfectly!

Please note that some colours may appear slightly different on each computer or cell phone compared to real life. If you have any questions about colours, if you’re unsure or would like to see more pictures of fabric colours please contact us on tegan@saltiswimwear.co.za or send us a DM on instagram so that we can assist you.

Returns for an exchange will only be accepted if the item is deemed faulty and the item must be returned to us within 14 days. It is also your responsibility to return the item to us.

SÁLTI Swimwear reserves the right to deny returns unless the item is deemed faulty or it was a fault of our own as it is your sole responsibility to check our description, sizing charts and email us with any questions, concerns or accurate measurements so we can assist you prior to checkout. If you do change your mind about an order, please alert us that you would like to change your order as soon as possible. We will only accept an order change within 24 hours of placing your order, unless we have already started to hand make your item.
